Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@bumpnest.store/obaguelizabethjibrin847@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

REFUNDS 

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at obaguelizabethjibrin847@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly, at no additional cost to you.

EXCHANGES
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
